If you have property you need to let or sell then Rennie Property can help you advertise your property on our website. To list your property you have to complete the form on the right hand side of this page. It is important to complete all fields and submit as much detail as possible when completing the property description. One other important aspect of listing your property with us is submitting a nice clear image of the property.

Seeing that Rennie Property specializes in commercial, retail and industrial property we can only advertise these types of property. Please do not submit residential property to us as we do not service such requests.

As soon as all your details are filled into the form on the right and you have clicked send, your property will be logged into our system and a property administrator will receive a notification. Our property administrator will confirm all details with regards to your listing and then be in contact with you to confirm further details. On completion of confirmation the property administrator will enable your property listing on our website with all relevant information. In addition to this all Rennie Property Brokers that service the area where your property is situated will be notified and they too will source clients for you, whether you need tenant or potential property buyers.

Are we registered estate agents?

Yes, we are registered in terms of the Estate Agency Affairs Act with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB).

What type of property do we list?

We list all types of commercial, industrial and retail space, including virtual offices, serviced offices, shared office space and sublet space etc. We do not list residential properties.

How much does it cost? - nothing!

Rennie Property will list your property free of charge. If we are successful in finding you a tenant for your property, we will charge you an agency commission as set out in our Fee Structure.
