Are we registered estate agents?

Yes, we are registered in terms of the Estate Agency Affairs Act with the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB).

What type of property do we list?

We list all types of commercial, industrial and retail space, including virtual offices, serviced offices, shared office space and sublet space etc. We do not list residential properties.

How much does it cost? - nothing!

Rennie Property will list your property free of charge. If we are successful in finding you a tenant for your property, we will charge you an agency commission as set out in our Fee Structure.

How do we generate enquiries?

We have a focused online marketing campaign, that’s how you arrived at our site. As a result of these campaigns and the fact that Rennie Property is respected in the property industry we have hundreds of potential tenants searching for space on our site every month.

How will you help me lease out my property?
