Forest Walk: Office Space to let in Maroelana
Physical Location: Maroelana Street, Maroelana, Pretoria East, Gauteng
Forest Walk is a new Development in Pretoria East and is situated in the residential area of Maroelana. The Centre is nearing completion and should open it's doors towards the end of 2021. The main anchor is a Blue-line Checkers with various different and unique food and restaurant options to choose from. There will be Greek and Italian restaurants and a new Vegan concept with plenty of outside seating areas overlooking the spruit area. The idea behind the Centre is to attract and cater for the whole family by allowing you to either sit at one of the many restaurants and coffee shops or to buy and have your own picnic on the lawns under the trees close to the spruit running past the development. It is very close to Menlyn and could either be accessed from Atterbury of Garsfontein or from the Hazelwood side.
